Covering letter from the applicant or from his company (on company letterhead and signed by someone other than the applicant) addressed to the Consular Department, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, requesting to issue Business Visa.
One Completed Visa Application Form.
Original Passport (No Copies Accepted)
Two Passport-size Photographs.
Copy of the Invitation Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Republic of Azerbaijan.
Invitation Letter from the inviting Company / Farm of Azerbaijan on their company letter head along with all the relevant details (Name, Passport Number, Date of issue, Place of Issue, Valid Up to) of the candidates. The Invitation should be written in AZERI language only and addressed to the Consular Department, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, New Delhi.
Bank Statements last 3 months
Copy of the Registration Certificate of the Inviting Company / Farm of Azerbaijan.
Overseas Medical Insurance Policy (from any Insurance Company).
Original HIV Test Certificate

One Completed Visa Application Form.
Original Passport (No Copies Accepted).
Two Passport-size Photographs.
Copy of the Invitation Letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Republic of Azerbaijan.
Copy of the Registration Certificate of the Inviting Company. In case of a personal invitation passport copy and residence certificate of the Inviting person of Azerbaijan is required.
Bank Statements last 3 months
