• 1 Form
• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Recent Photograph (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Air ticket
• Forex
• Original Visa on Paper to be produced to consulate for stamping on passport
• Medical have to be done at the consulate for stamping on passport
• Medical have to be done at the consulate panel doctor whose details will be given after submitting the passports
• Visa can be arranged from Bahrain immigration with the visa copy passenger can travel.
