• Two Photo white back ground 35 x 45 with 80% face not older than 6 months
• Covering letter
• Invitation letter in original from the Belarus company
• Invitation from party and attested by Ministry of External Affairs in Belarus should come in original.
• Bank statements personal last 3 months in original attested by the bank
• Travel Insurance by Belarus insurance company can be obtained from Delhi
• Ticket Itinerary.
