- Contract copy in original (In Spanish) between the Chile & the applicant should be attested by the Local Notary & the(MHA) Ministry of Home Affairs Chile.

- Personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number of the applicant
- 1st doxs need to submit to Embassy & than Embassy will give the time for interview & than accordingly applicant need to come for interview.
Note
In case we need to fill Chile visa form Rs 500 extra will be charge each application subject client will provide all the personal information
- Only pax to sign the form (No forgery allowed).
- AUTHORITY LETTER FOR OUTSTATION APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE ON A RS.50/- STAMP PAPER DULY NOTARISED BY NOTARY (Matter of Authority Letter shall be sent along with application form at request).
- Left hand thumb impression of the pax next to the signatures.
All the Tourist & Business visa Cases will be referred to Chile for the approval
