Business Visa

• 3 Photos size must be 3×3 cms. white back ground
• Detailed Covering letter mentioning why the company wants to send it’s employee to Columbia
• Letter from Chamber of Commerce
• Passport valid for at least one year
• Bank Statements personal last 3 months with the balance of 1 LAC
• Travel Itineary/Air ticket should be after 4 working days after submitting the documents in Embassy
• Invitation letter from Colombia must be in Spanish in a letterhead of the company, addressed to CONSULATE OF COLOMBIA in new Delhi, with current dates and with the following points:
  -Name and passport of Indian Citizen
  -A description of the activity that the person is going to do in Colombia
  -Date of the visit (how long will be there)
  -And the responsibility from entry and departure from the country by Colombian Company Signed by blue Pen.
• Chamber of commerce from Colombia company
• Chamber of commerce from Indian company

Colombia Business visa   (TP-12 )Requirement
Document in PDF to be uploaded at the moment of application:

• A photo white background JPG (Don’t use the previous photo used in Colombian Visa)
• 1st Page and the last page of the passport.(Only)
• if you have been in Colombia, a copy of the page where we can see the previous Colombia Visa and the stamps of entry and departure from Colombia.

Tourist Visa

• Letter from the Person Wishing To Travel to Colombia,Requesting the visa and giving contact address of the person whom He is visiting in Colombia,
• Invitation from relative in Colombia if any .
• Hotel Booking
• Day by day tour itinerary
• Confirmed return ticket.
• Statement or document showing evidence of your Resources while abroad
• Passport valid for at least one year,
• Photocopy of all Colombian visas only,
• Empty pages in the passport

Work Permit

• Three photo size 3×3 MM white back ground
• Passport valid for 1 year
• Photocopy of all the used pages of the passport
• The covering letter / request letter with the corresponding translation into Spanish properly
  notarized should be submitted
• Passport valid for at least one year
• An original contract, or administrative act, or agreement, as appropriate, when the applicant is hired by a company, institution or private or public institution. In the case of applicant being transferred from Headquarter to the subsidiary or agency in Colombia, the applicant must submit a note of the industrial or commercial entity specifying the post, the applicant will occupy.
• An original note from the company, institution or public institution or private contractor through which undertakes to the National Government to cover all expenses for applicant´s return to his/her country or the last place of residence abroad from where the applicant has been contracted, as well as his/her family’s return, if applicable.
• Certificate of existence and legal representation or a valid document attesting to the legal status, as appropriate, when the contractor is a legal person, issued no more than three months before. When necessary, balances of the company will be requested to demonstrate its financial solvency. Anything in this paragraph shall not be required to organs, bodies or institutions of the Colombian State. When the contractor is natural person must demonstrate its financial solvency, with incomes above 30 minimum monthly legal wages, and if necessary, may request a copy of an income certificate.
• Certification of the Ministry of Social Protection, stating that with the addition of overseas employee, proportionality between national and foreign workers is respected, as stipulated in the Labor Code, except for cultural groups, public entertainment, sport or artistic groups. If the contracting part is an entity or state institution is exempt from this requirement.
• Authenticated copy of the professional title, and a provisional license to practice the respective profession or activity in Colombia, granted by the competent authority as appropriate.
• Regulated professions require permission from the competent entity in Colombia, such as COPNIA for professions related to engineering.
• For the non-regulated professions, must be certified his/her experience or suitability by presenting working evidence.
