Business Visa

  • Two Recent (less than six months old) passport-size photographs in colour with good resemblance. (3.5cm / 4.5cm)
  • A covering letter from the applicant introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief
  • Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries .The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
  • Travel itinerary or copy of booking. People joining cruise liner in the onward journey, should provide the ticket & payment receipt.
  • A signed invitation letter from the Denmark company with full address of the company Tel No Fax No. Email ID containing following detail:
    (a)Name of the applicant invited
    (b)Purpose of visit
    (c)Days of the intended stay
    (d)Dates of visit
  • Confirmed hotel reservation with hotel full address & tel Fax No. Email Id of the Hotel ) if not mention about the accommodation in invite letter .
  • Bank statements last 6 months from the current date sign & seal by the bank (Strictly On A4 Sheet )
  • IT Paper last 3 months personal
  • Exchange/credit card copy
  • Education Paper Photocopy
  • Salary slip last 3 months
  • Appointment letter if passport is blank
  • Company Profile if traveling first time to Schengen
  • Photocopy of passport 1st two and last two pages , air ticket., insurance
  • Authority letter in our favour to submit & collect the passport on the behalf of Pax

Work Permit

  • Applicants must fill in two application forms
  • Consent Form, Medical form
  • Two recent passport photos
  • A work contract signed by the employer and the applicant
  • Employer’s residence status
  • Employer’s business registration
  • Education paper original with Colour photo copy in duplicate
  • Marriage certificate if person is married
  • Evidence of applicant’s financial means if applicant is paying the trip to Denmark
  • After all information has been collected the Embassy will refer the case to the Danish Immigration Service
  • Processing at the Immigration Service will take between 2-4 months. Once the decision is available the Embassy will inform the applicant
  • Additional documentation for Residence permit
  • Invitation from reference person in Denmark. If reference guarantees the maintenance of the applicant during stay in Denmark this should be mentioned
  • Authority letter in our favour to submit & collect the passport on the behalf of Pax
