Business Visa
- Visa Application completed and signed
- Original Passport, which should be valid for at least next 6 months beyond the departure date
- Medical certificate (The certificate must show that you that you have not any Contagious diseases)
- PCC Indicating that the person dosnt have any communicable diseases
- Hotel reservation
- Copy of the round trip ticket to Ecuador or itinerary
- Bank letter stating that the person has good economic standing and can support him/her
- Two passport size photos white background
- An invitation letter from Ecuador for negotiation specifying that they are inviting you for business purpose
- Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce
- Covering letter from the company
- Applicant need to come personally with a prior appointment
