One visa form filled online website [ www.ghana-mission.co.in ] with all uploaded documents along with DD.
Require 2 references of the people staying in Ghana
Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
4 Recent Photographs [35mm x 45mm w/b and 80% face to be seen] (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
Detailed covering letter from company
Return Tickets with ticket number
Original invitation letter and copy of the passport of the person who signs the invitation and also [ 2 Guarantor compulsory with reference details and their passport copy ]
Indian company and Ghana company registration Copy.
Yellow Fever copy and original
Income tax paper for 3 years and Bank Statement for 6 months in original with passenger name and account number
