1 ] Invitation letter in Indonesia language with Indonesia company profile , passenger details name , full passport details , designation , joining date , salary details , hotel details address and contact number , travel date in and out , responsibility about that he will not work and will not be paid salary , and the letter who signs his name and designation and contact numbers.

2] Hotel confirmation in Hotel letter head with full details.

3] Day to Day schedule Indonesia company letterhead with sign and person name and designation and contact number.

Please make a note Indonesia Consulate is become very strict on requirement even after you provide complete set of documents the Consulate can come up with further requirement.

AND IF APPLICANT APPLYING FOR BUSINESS VISA SINGLE ENTRY IN COVERING LETTER AND INVITE BOTH HAS TO BE MENTIONED HAS REQUESTING VISA FOR SINGLE ENTRY / MULTIPLE ONLY HAS TO BE MENTIONED INCASE YOU HAVE A APPROVAL FORM JAKARTA IMMIGRATION FOR MULTIPLE.

Business Visa

• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Two visa application forms back to back print sign by blue pen as per the Passport
• 2 Recent Photographs [35mm x 45mm w/b and 80% face to be seen] (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Covering letter and Invite addressed to “The Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai”.
• Covering letter on company letter head requesting for visa and should mentioned passenger’s name and passport details & brief introduction of the company
• Invitation letter along with KTP card copy have to be faxed directly to Consulate
• Applicant personal letter required with address , ctc number of pax and his company name , designation and mentioning Indonesia company name, address , ctc no and period of stay…
• For multiple entry visa, require letter from immigration department mentioning multiple entry
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Foreign exchange or International credit card
• Return ticket with Ticket number
• Day to Day schedule detailed one from Indonesia in Indonesia Company letter head.

Tourist Visa

• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Two visa application forms back to back print sign by blue pen as per the Passport
• 2 Recent Colour Photographs [35mm x 45mm w/b and 80% face to be seen] (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Foreign exchange $ 1000 endorsed on the passport is must or International Credit Card
• Detailed personal covering letter to “The Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai” and letter required with address , ctc number of pax.
• Copy of Aadhar card
• Return ticket with Ticket number
• Day to Day schedule detailed one
• Leave letter from the Company

Employment Visa

• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• 2 Recent Photographs [35mm x 45mm w/b and 80% face to be seen] (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Two visa application form back to back print sign by blue pen as per the Passport
• Covering letter and Invite address to “The Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai”.
• Visa approval copy from Indonesia Immigration Department
• Letter from Labour Department, Indonesia
• Applicant personal letter required with address, ctc number of pax and his company name , designation and mentioning Indonesia company name , address , ctc no and period of stay…
• Invite letter required from Indonesia briefing the purpose of visit…
• Appointment letter with terms and conditions from Indonesia singed and accepted by the applicant
• Experience letter copy
