• 2 Blue back ground Photos
• Covering letter
• Return Ticket
• Visa Cable Number (Telex Approval Directly to Embassy through Immigration Office in Libya and one copy to us)
  Passport first page copy need to be translate in to the Arabic on the passport page and than need to be stamp by the MEA Delhi
• Original Medical report issued by authorised medical doctor.

The Consular section of the Embassy of the state of Libya in New Delhi decide to continue to entrust the following Medical centre only for conducting the medical test for all visas till the further notice in this regards.
