IMPORTANT: Starting from August 04 2015, all reception of documents to apply for a visa will be done by appointment, which should be requested online through the system MEXITEL Click on Link: https://mexitel.sre.gob.mx/
In this link you will have to create an account with a password and choose the right time for your appointment at the Consular Section.
The password must contain: more than 6 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase, number, or special character
Once you have booked your appointment, the system will generate a confirmation letter, you should take with you to the Embassy on the day of your appointment, along with the other requested documents. It is recommended to apply the interview well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Mexico visa can be obtained on arrival Pleae note the below point:
As of the 1st of May 2010, holders of valid visa of the United States of America (any nationality) shall not require visa to enter in Mexico .
Legal Permanent Residents of USA, Canada , Japan , United Kingdom and Schengen States do not require visa for enter in Mexico .
Holders of Diplomatic or Official passports do not require a visa to enter in Mexico for 90 days.

(The consular section is able to issue a visa that allow holders to work in Mexico once the National Migration Institute has issued a previous authorization (permiso previo). The employer must apply for the working permit in any office of the National Migration Intitute in Mexico.)
Note:
The consular section can not issue migratory documents for spouses/dependants without the previous authorization from the Mexican migration authority. The visa has to be applied by the employer in Mexico.
To applythe work permit in Mexico Immigration department below need to attested:
1 Birth Certificate should be legalized by MEA Apostille India
2 Higher Education paper should be legalized by MEA Apostille India
3 C.V. should be legalized by MEA Apostille India
4 Marriage certificate should be legalized by MEA Apostille India if person is married and want that wife should join him.
5 PCC should be legalized by MEA Apostille India
Please note that all the above documents should be in English and the regional language documents will not be accepted. if its in the local language than get the translation of the same in English first and than get attested by the MEA apostille. Also some of the documents immigration can ask translate in to the Spanish.
