Business Visa

  • 2 online visa application Forms must click on the link https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/visa/freshVisa
  • 2 Photos
  • Covering letter on the Indian company letter head with round seal of Indian company
  • Invitation from Nigerian company with color round Seal.The person who will sign the invitation letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy
  • Return Ticket
  • Original Yellow fever required
  • Copy of Company Registration certificate of Indian Company
  • Copy of Company Registration certificate of Nigerian Company attested by ministry of Foreign Affairs, with original stamping to be couriered directly to the pax which is to be submitted along with the documents in the embassy.
  • Bank Statements last 3 moths from the current date (with the balance of US$ 1000 equal to INR)
  • Polio Vaccine Must with effect from 1st March’14, Indian Government has made polio vaccination mandatory

Tourist Visa

  • 2 online visa application Forms must click on below link

  • 2 Photos
  • Covering letter
  • Copy of Sponsor’s residence permit
  • Bank Statements last 3 moths from the current date
  • Letter from sponsor’s employer sponsorship in Original The person who will send the Sponsorship letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy
  • Original Yellow fever required
  • Return Ticket.
  • Polio Vaccine Must with effect from 1st March’14, Indian Government has made polio vaccination mandatory

STR

  • Passport/Travel Document a minimum of 6 months validity. Must have two blank facing pages If non-Indian passport holder please see below for additional notes.
  • 4 Recent Photos
  • Payment and acknowledgement slips available once online payment is complete
  • Copy of the Passport of applicant  Data-Page
  • A letter of invitation from Host Company in Nigeria. This must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission New Delhi. It must be on letter headed paper stating the address of the company, The reason for the visit must be stated and accepting full immigration and financial responsibility on behalf of the applicant duration his/her stay.
  • Photocopy of inviter’s international passport data page if he is foreigner than his Nigeria residence card/visa copy also required.
  • Offer of appointment…(4 copies).
  • Letter of acceptance…..(4 copies).
  • Full employment contract signed and dated by both the parties….(4 copies).
  • Copy of current monthly quota utilization returns as endorsed by the Nigerian Immigration Services….(4 copies).
  • Certificate of Incorporation of the Host Company in Nigeria. (4 copies).
  • Copy of the expatriate quota….(4 copies).
  • C.V. of the applicant…(4 copies).
  • Photocopy of the Attested Qualification degrees….(4 copies).
  • Attested Original Qualification degrees.

  • Rs.3000/-Attestation fees should be in Demand Draft in favour of  “HIGH COMMISSION OF FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA” PAYABLE AT NEW DELHI To be purchased from the BANK before submission.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • DOCUMENTS NOT IN ENGLISH MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A CERTIFIED TRANSLATED COPY.
  • ALL LETTERS SHOULD BE TYPED, SIGNED AND DATED & MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE NIGERIAN HIGH COMMISSION NEW DELHI.
  • NON-INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER – MUST PROVIDE LEGAL RESIDENCE (Resident Visa/Permit).
  • Must provide copy of Airline ticket or Flight Itinerary (Where applicable).

  • letter from sponsors employer With Nigerian company round Seal & The person who will sign the invitation letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his ID Copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy
  • Copies of certificate of incorporation of the host Company in Nigeria.
  • letter from Husband
  • Marriage and Birth Certificate
  • Birth Certificate of child if he/she is applying visa.
  • 1st & last page copy of the Applicant Passport .
  • Original Yellow fever required (Required at the time of travel)

Temporary Work Permit

  • Invitation is mandatory from Nigerian company with round Seal & The person who will sign the invitation letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy
  • Copies of certificate of incorporation of the host Company in Nigeria.
