W.e.f. 29th Aug 2012, Korea consulate in Mumbai will not accept passport issued in Karnataka. The same as to be submitted in New Delhi.

Korea Consulate will not issue any urgent visas and they don’t want any calls from the Company requesting for urgent visa.

Korean Consulate now don’t accept Invitation letter with Notary stamp from Korea, so all Korean Business visa now require colour scan copy of the Invitation letter with Korean Company seal and sign.

Business Visa

• Forms
• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Covering Letter from Indian company, signed by authorized signatory with name, designation and seal of the company.
• Invitation letter with seal and sign
• Recent Korean Company Registration copy.
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Bank Statement for 6 months – duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Korea Consulate will not accept cases which belong to Jurisdictions of Karnataka the same has to be submitted in New Delhi.

NOTE: Business visa Express visa is possible if the applicant has travelled 3 times TO Korea in a calendar year.
Express charges apart from visa fees is Rs.1800/= in case applied for a single entry visa and Rs. 2,400/- in case applied for multiple entry and require in DD and also Express form needs to be filled below is the form enclosed.

Tourist Visa

• Forms
• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Air Ticket
• Detailed Personal Covering Letter
• Leave letter from the Company
• Hotel Confirmation
• Day to day schedule
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Bank Statement for 6 months – duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Korea Consulate will not accept cases which belong to Jurisdictions of Karnataka the same has to be submitted in New Delhi.

Work Visa

• Form
• Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets
• Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
• Covering Letter
• Original Work permit approval from Ministry of Justice
• Copies of Income Tax Return for last 3 years or Form 16 for last 3 years
• Bank Statement for 6 months – duly attested by respective Bank with original Bank seal.
• Korea Consulate will not accept cases which belong to Jurisdictions of Karnataka the same has to be submitted in New Delhi.
