Effective 02 November 2015, Indian citizens applying a Schengen visa will have to appear in person in order to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography).
The subsequent application to a Schengen Countries (after the first application effective 02 Nov 2015) for next 5 years, need not appear in person for biometric.
There are certain exemptions as follows:
- Children under 12
- Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
- Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.
Schengen States Consulate require Approved list of Indian Travel Insurance Companies Providing Travel Medical Insurance For Schengen Visa. Apollo Munich, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Ergo, ICICI Lombard, IFFCO Tokyo, Future Generali, National, Reliance, Tata AIG, Oriental Insurance Company.
Note: All Schengen Countries, 20 Years passport will not be accepted and also hand written passport not accepted.
Note: Please take an appointment for Biometrics & Submission from the BLS website and the day the appointment taken the passenger has to appear for the Finger prints, and if passenger given biometrics after November 2015, then the Agent can submit the application on behalf of the passenger after taking an appointment , Agent can do the submission require authority letter in name of Rakesh Nakte / Prahlad Sherkhane / Vasudev Mundaye of Royal Service and the letter should be notarized and require 2 set for submission and collection both.
Business Visa
- Original Passport valid for 6 months and also require passport copy 1st and last page 2 sets (1 set of copies of full passport – old & new)
- 2 Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with face 80% white background & without border (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
- One visa forms with two signatures, should be print back to back and to be typed and sign in blue pen
- Covering Letter with purpose and date of travel. All cover letters must include details of any other accompanying persons as well. This includes family members, friends or business associates traveling for the same purpose.
- Invitation letter from the Spanish company in Spanish language or both in English and Spanish. Letters issued only in English will not be accepted. This will be an obligatory requirement. (Applicant’s name and date of travel must be mentioned on the letter)
- Support letter from the Indian company (Applicant’s name and date of travel must be mentioned on the letter)
- Require authority letter duly signed by the applicant in favour of BLS International
- Medical Policy should be valid for more 15 days after their arrival in India
- Salary slips with seal and sign for the last 6 months
- Original personal bank statement of the applicant with the original stamp and signature of authorized signatory of the bank for the last one year
- Income tax papers for the last 3 years
- Copy of the PAN Card
- Hotel Confirmation
- Return confirmed tickets with PNR
All the documents should show travel date after 15 days.
Tourist Visa
