Business Visa
- Visa Regulations of the Republic of the Sudan
- The applicants must submit two visa application forms duly filled and attach a passport size recent photograph on each of them Click on Below Link for visa form

- The passport of the application should be valid for at least six months from the date of application.
- The sponsor you intent to visit in the Sudan should obtain approval from the Ministry of Interior and then send it to the Ministry of External Affairs of the Sudan, who in turn will fax the same direct to the Embassy (MEA Approval No is mandatory to process the visa)
- A confirmed return ticket to and from Sudan.
- The Embassy of the Sudan issues only single entry visas to applicants.
- Visa Fee: Cash of Rs. 3640/-.
Temporary Residence in Sudan for Works Requires:
- Work permit
- A letter of recmmendation from the Employer or work place
- Two passport-size photographs

Temporary Residence Permit for Study:
- Acceptance from a University or an Institute of Learning (Must be endorsed)

HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Submission of Official Health Certificate for AIDS and Ebola and valid international certificate of Vaccination against Cholera, yellow fever etc.
NOTICE
IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED TO ALL CONCERNED THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS WITH THE EMBASSY WILL BE FROM THE MAIN GATE ALONE, EXPECT GUESTS AND VISITORS WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT WHO WILL BE PERMITTED ENTRY INTO THE CHANCERY PREMISES AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THEIR APPOINTMENT.
APPLICATIONS FROM VISA COMPLETE WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM 11.30 A.M. TO 12.00 NOON, ON ALL WORKING DAYS OF THE EMBASSY.
COLLECTION OF PASSPORTS AFTER VISA ENDORSEMENT WILL BE ON THE THIRD WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FOR VISA BETWEEN 4.30 – 5.00 P.M. ON WORKING DAYS OF THE EMBASSY.
