Two [2] photographs of passport style and size [35 x 45 mm] for all applicants, including minors. Your photograph must be:
– colour photo on glossy paper
– recent and of true likeness
– showing full face
– taken without headgear
– head coverings and hats are only acceptable due to religious beliefs, and even then, may not cover any portion of the applicant’s face
– taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background
Photographs that do not conform to these standards will be rejected and may cause delay in processing the application.
The Passport should be valid for at least three months (any other type of travel document should be valid for at least six months), beyond the intended duration of stay in the Schengen territory and with at least one blank page to affix the visa

A Covering letter from the Indian organization or company containing following details:
(a) Name and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature certifying that you will be visiting the Swedish company concerned.
(b) An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit.
Your company’s registration certificate
Proof of funds for stay/ Evidence of source of Financial support such as :
(a) Original bank certificate issued and duly signed by the bank branch manager / Sponsor letter / Foreign exchange endorsed on the passport
(b) In case applicant is the proprietor / owner of the company, company memo, partnership deed, establishment license or proprietorship etc are required.
(c) In case of visit being sponsored by the company, sponsorship letter with full details required.

Evidence of occupation/student status
Evidence that you have sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay

Application for a work and residence permit.

You must have a written offer of work in Sweden. Information about registration of offer of employment is found on the website of: the Swedish employment office
Your employer must guarantee that you will be paid a minimum of SEK 13,000 per month before tax.
Accommodation must have been arranged for you in Sweden.
You must be fully prepared to leave Sweden when your term of employment is over.
The first time you apply for a work permit, you do so at the Swedish Embassy or Consulate in your country of origin or in your country of domicile
Your residence permit must be entered in your passport before your arrival in Sweden.
