Business Visa

• 2 Photos white back ground 35 x 45 without border and 60 to 65 % Face   (Passport Size, First Photo should be pasted and Second Photo should be clipped, Photos stapled on form will not be accepted.)
• Covering letter
• Invitation letter should be on the Taiwan company letter head and need to be sign by some body also date of travelling should be mention very clearly and it need to come by fax
• Confirmed Return Ticket
• Company Registration Copy/Import Export Licence Copy/Shop establishment certificate copy/Industrial licence copy
• Original Personal (Salaried) Bank Statements last 6 months with the Current Date, Name & Account Number attested by bank
• Original Company Bank Statements last 3 months with stamp and Signature
• ITR paper last 3 Years Company
• IT Return of last 3 years or form 16 personal
• Original Salary slip last 6 moths with sign & company seal
• Higher education degree/diploma in original with along with a copy of same
• Embassy may be ask the invoice copy between the Indian & Taiwan company in case they have done any business transaction in past.

Tourist Visa

• Request letter from sponsor in case visiting relative
• Day by Day tour itinerary
• Return Ticket

• IT Return of last 3 years or form 16 personal

Work Permit

• The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months,

• Two passport- size photographs.
• Letter of Appointment (in original).
• Letter of Guarantee from the Sponsor.
• Contract letter.
• Work Experience Certificate and all Educational Certificates.
• Higher degree or Diploma & transcript Mark sheet of the same should be attested by HRD/MEA & Embassy
• PCC should be attested by HRD/MEA & Embassy

All the visa fee need to deposit in Kotak Mahindra Bank in New Delhi fee need to deposit on same day basis
