• Covering letter including the nature of business and companies to be visited in Uganda.
• Original letter from employer : Designation, Period of employment and leave date granted.In case of self employed, a letter from an agent who is authorised by the mission.
• Invitation
• 3 months bank statement and 3 year IT return.
• Return confirmed Ticket (Printout of the booking must with ticket)
• Letter from Chamber of Commerce
• Original International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever
• Hotel reservation
